  Dick and carey model of instructional design The dick and carey model of instructional design provides a systematic approach of designing the effective instructional material. It includes all five stages of ADDIE model and adds further structure . It has more focus on design and less focus on implementation than the ADDIE model. This model consists of nine steps which are as follows: 1.Identify instructional goals : In this step , the designer identifies the instructional goals and objectives. The goals should be SMART(specific, measurable, achievable ,relevant and time bound). 2. Conduct instructional analysis: The designer analyses the instructional material and determines the necessary content, skills and knowledge that the learners need to achieve. 3.   Addie model of instructional design The ADDIE model is most popular and widely used instructional design framework   that stands for Analysis ,Design, Development ,Implementation and Evaluation. Analysis: The first stage of AIDDE model involves analyzing the learning need of the target audience. This stage often involves conducting surveys , interviews ,and focus group to gather information about learnerners need and preferances.
