Addie model of instructional design
The ADDIE model is most popular and widely used instructional
design framework that stands for
Analysis ,Design, Development ,Implementation and Evaluation.
Analysis:
The first stage of AIDDE model involves analyzing the
learning need of the target audience. This stage often involves conducting
surveys , interviews ,and focus group to gather information about learnerners
need and preferances.
Design:
During the design stage ,instructional designers use the
information gathered in the analysis stage to create a detailed plan for
instructional materials, including learning activities ,content, activities , assesments
and delivery methods.
Development:
In the development stage ,the instructional materials are
created ,including any written or visual content and interactive activities. In
this stage we should involves working with stakeholders.
Implementation:
During the implementation, the instructional materials are
delivered to the learners. This may involve training instructor on how to use
materials.
Evaluation:
This is the final stage of the model. It involves evaluating
the effectiveness of the instructional materials. This stage often involves
collecting feedback from learners, analyzing assessment results and revision to the instructional materials.
