  Addie model of instructional design The ADDIE model is most popular and widely used instructional design framework   that stands for Analysis ,Design, Development ,Implementation and Evaluation. Analysis: The first stage of AIDDE model involves analyzing the learning need of the target audience. This stage often involves conducting surveys , interviews ,and focus group to gather information about learnerners need and preferances.
