Addie model of instructional design The ADDIE model is most popular and widely used instructional design framework that stands for Analysis ,Design, Development ,Implementation and Evaluation. Analysis: The first stage of AIDDE model involves analyzing the learning need of the target audience. This stage often involves conducting surveys , interviews ,and focus group to gather information about learnerners need and preferances. Design: During the design stage ,instructional designers use the information gathered in the analysis stage to create a detailed plan for instructional materials, including learning activities ,content, activities , assesments and delivery methods. Development: In the development stage ,the instructional materials are created ,including any written or visual content and interactive activities.
